What's New

10/30/2011 - CyberRock.net Updated!

Today CyberRock.net has been updated with a new look. The entire website has been redone from scratch. Hopefully, there won't be too many issues. I am still getting the page counters sorted out; at the moment most of them were reset to zero. If you find something out of sorts, just just the contact icon at the bottom of every page to send me a quick note on what you noticed was wrong. I hope you enjoy the new, fresher CyberRock.net!

08/26/2009 - CarBall 3.0 Released!

The CarBall development team has released version 3.0 of the popular mod. This version has been rewritten from scratch for UT3. Please visit the official CarBall Site for complete information and downloads.

08/01/2008 - Checkout the VinoBlog

A recently put up a new site for wine lovers called The VinoBlog. The Vino Blog is a place for wine lovers to share their thoughts and comments about different types of wine. Please check it out at http://www.vinoblog.org.

01/15/2007 - UT Cache Extractor Updated to version 2.1

My UT Cache Extractor has been updated to version 2.1. For complete information, visit the UT2003/UT2004 page, or download directly from the GMS products page.

10/03/2006 - UT Cache Extractor Updated

My UT Cache Extractor has been updated to version 2.0.0. For complete information, visit the UT2003/UT2004 page, or download directly from the GMS products page.

10/07/2005 - Site Structure Updated

I just updated the site. A few pages were renamed and or moved, including the Doom2, Duke Nukem, and UT2k3/4 pages. All of the site links should have been updated. Let me know if you find any broken links.

08/05/2005 - Simpons Section Updated

My Simpson's Sound Page has now been updated. I recently moved to a new house, so this took a little longer than I had planned. The sounds are now located on my primary web server (no more GeoCities!) so the links should be available at all times. I have also updated the list, and there are now over 200 links! View the new page here.

07/20/2005 - Site Update pending

I discovered (thanks to a site visitor) that some of my Simpson sound links are broken. I will be working over the next few days to update the links and move them over to the Cyberrock.net download center. Feel free to check back in a few days...

05/22/2005 - UT2004 Installation file lists added

Back at the beginning of May, I added some new pages that list the files installed by the bonus packs for UT2004. However, I forgot to post a new item. (Doh!) You can access these pages on the UT2003/UT2004 page.

02/14/2005 - Homer Vehicle Actors v1.00 for UT2004

I [finally] posted this new actor to my server for download. It is the same code I added to the CarBall mod, but designed for use with Onslaught. Download it here.

If you download version 3.0.1, you can manually set your UT3 paths. This has been verified to work with a 64 bit OS by another user.

Known Issues with UT3CacheExtractor  •  Tue, 01 Dec 2009 18:23:10 -0800

by HoMeRS}i{MpSoN (Posted Tue Dec 01, 2009 7:23 pm)

Version 3.0.1
  • On a 64-bit OS, it can't find any games that are installed to "Program Files (x86)".
The UT3 Cache Extractor will run fine on 64-bit platforms, but you may have to set the UT3 path manually. On the Options menu, go to the Game Settings and set your UT3 path manually. The default install location for a 64-bit OS is under your "Program Files (x86)" folder on the drive where the OS is installed, usually 'C:'.

Creating the .ucl file  •  Tue, 11 Aug 2009 19:10:37 -0700

by HoMeRS}i{MpSoN (Posted Tue Aug 11, 2009 7:10 pm)

That message is coming from UT2004. Perhaps that particular .u does not support the exportcache option?

I would recommend just downloading the file installer and just purging it from your cache:

Oh wow, cool. I had figured it would take longer than that. Thanks a lot for this! I didn't even expect it for a few more months considering how busy you are.

I'll try it out here shortly, and get back to you with any suggestions or questions.

Thanks again!
